What payment options are there?

We offer the following payment options:

Is the payment safe?

How much are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are generally displayed in the checkout.

From an order value of 35.00 euros, shipping is free.

Would you like to give away a voucher?

You are welcome to do it. We also offer vouchers. These are available as standard in sizes of EUR 10.00, EUR 25.00, EUR 50.00 and EUR 100.00. Other amounts on request. Please use our contact form and get in touch with us. In this case, no NFTs are assigned when purchasing vouchers, only when redeeming vouchers.

How long are vouchers valid?

2 year from the date of purchase.

How can you redeem a voucher?

At checkout you will be informed of a possible voucher as a means of payment. Then the billing takes place. Any credit will be credited to the customer account. If the amount of the voucher is not sufficient, an offset will be made. In this case, our usual terms of payment apply.

Can several vouchers be redeemed at the same time?

Only one voucher can be redeemed per purchase. Multiple vouchers cannot be accumulated and used for one order.

When will it be delivered?

If the goods are available, the goods will be shipped as quickly as possible, within Germany/Austria usually within 48 hours. If the goods are not available, on backorder or out of stock, you will receive a corresponding message.

The goods will be returned to the address on the delivery note. To protect the goods, the original outer carton must be used.

Are the goods securely packaged for transport and delivery?

We have developed special outer packaging that fully protects the valuable goods during transport.

No, at the moment it is only possible to place orders online via our shop.

Your article is not in stock? When will you receive your order?

Delivery will take place as soon as the order is complete. If the article or part of the order is not available, you will receive information during the ordering process.
