Leroy Sane was born on January 11, 1996, in Essen, Germany.

He started his youth career with SG Wattenscheid 09 and then moved to Schalke 04's youth academy in 2005.

Sane made his professional debut for Schalke 04 in 2014 and played there for four seasons before joining Manchester City in 2016.

He won numerous titles with Manchester City, including the Premier League, FA Cup, and EFL Cup.

Sane joined FC Bayern Munich in July 2020 for a transfer fee of €49 million.

He is known for his speed, dribbling skills, and ability to score goals from both the wing and attacking midfield positions.
